Our casting workshop has a long history and has more than 50 years of experience in cast steel production. We have developed and introduced world-leading production facilities and technologies such as German magma pouring simulation software, SS fine smelting technology and alkali phenolic resin sand-based cast steel production line and obtained a number of invention patents and utility model patents for our independent research and development. This Workshop can produce steel castings of various grades, especially the martensite, austenite, duplex stainless steel and medium-low alloy steel and has a unit production capacity up to 30t and an annual output up to 10,000t. The products have been distributed to 17 countries and regions and extensively applied in the heavy machinery industry such as hydropower, nuclear power, mining, chemical, smelting and military shipping industries.
